}  Craft – Reminders on MLA Format. Summary vs. Analysis.
}  Work on paper
       FIRST: Peer Reviews – work with a partner
       Edit Body Paragraphs: Summary vs. Analysis
       Finish Intro & Conclusion
       Search for “I”, “You”, contractions, “This essay”
       Conference with Mrs. Lee
}  Extra Credit: Hand me a RUBRIC with YOUR NAME on it to indicate I can go ahead and grade your essay early.
}  Last 20 minutes: Prefix, Root, & Suffix Study time

}  TUESDAY… Final test on word parts. No edits may be made to your essay after class is over.

       In-text Citations: after every quote, no comma, period AFTER the citation NOT BEFORE!

       Body paragraphs rough draft due Thursday (end of work time)

       Topic Sentences – Rough form at first. Add to outline
       Textual Evidence: 3-6 final, find as many as you can now. Add to outline.
   Things that can be ANALYZED –they don’t say EXACTLY what you are trying to say, but you read between the lines and infer and interpret to get to proving your thesis
       Outlines: Outline is due WEDNESDAY… So finish in class today (or tonight)
